On September 6th, Lea Eriksen, the city of Cincinnati’s budget director, presented plans to city council for nearly $27 million in improvements surrounding the Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati site downtown. The plans include nearly $16 million of infrastructure improvements, directed and constructed primarily by the casino developers. Plans also include $3.6 million in optional projects and $7.4 million in neighborhood projects.
