I have lived in Mt. Adams since 1976 and for the past twenty years or so worked downtown. Two years ago we moved our office from downtown to Mt. Adams and I have to say that I am quite happily spoiled. Mt. Adams has many benefits over downtown including its easy atmosphere, a centralized business district that is free of crime, a clean, safe and attractive neighborhood with plenty lunch and/or dinner selections. Although parking in Mt. Adams can be of somewhat of a hassle on Friday and Saturday nights, I have never experienced a parking hassle during the day in Mt. Adams.
As an attorney I have to go to Court almost every day and the ease of travel to and from Mt. Adams to downtown or for that matter almost any major highway, is excellent.
